By participating in training sessions provided by our coaches, you, the undersigned, acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the sport of basketball. You understand that injuries, accidents, or other forms of physical harm may occur, and you agree to release and hold harmless our coaches, organization, training facilities, and any associated parties from any liability for injury or damages arising from participation.

You confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in these sessions.

You understand that this agreement is binding and constitutes the entire agreement between you and our organization. By signing or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this liability waiver and release.

By participating in training sessions with our coaches, you grant us permission to capture photos and videos of you (the participant) during training sessions and related events. You understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), website content, and marketing materials.

You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of these images or recordings. You understand that this consent is voluntary and may be revoked in writing at any time.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the liability waiver. You also grant permission for our team to use media from training sessions for promotional purposes, including social media.
