neba AAU GIRLS U16 Program

The North Elite Basketball Academy U16 AAU Girls Program is designed to develop young female basketball athletes aged 15 and under who aspire to compete at a high level and advance their skills for the next stage of their basketball journey.

Program Objectives:

  • Provide elite-level training focused on skill development, basketball IQ, and physical conditioning

  • Compete in regional and national AAU tournaments to gain exposure and experience against top competition

  • Foster teamwork, leadership, discipline, and sportsmanship on and off the court

  • Support academic achievement alongside athletic development

Program Features:

  • Training: Weekly skill sessions led by experienced coaches emphasizing shooting, ball handling, defense, and game strategy

  • Competition: Participation in 4–8 AAU tournaments throughout the season, including high-profile events to maximize college recruiting opportunities

  • Strength & Conditioning: Age-appropriate physical training to improve athleticism and reduce injury risk

  • Player Development: Video analysis, individual feedback, and personalized development plans

  • College Exposure: Guidance on recruiting processes and opportunities to connect with college coaches

  • Community & Character Building: Team events and community service to build character and leadership
