These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by North Elite Basketball Academy , Sporecruit LLC. By registering, participating in programs, or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Registration and Participation

• Participants must complete all required registration forms and waivers before joining any activity.

• All information submitted must be accurate and kept up to date.

• Parents/guardians must approve registration for minors.

2. Payments and Refunds

• Program fees must be paid in full before participation.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Refunds for injury or emergency will be considered case-by-case and may require documentation.

3. Conduct and Expectations

• Players, parents, and spectators must exhibit respectful behavior at all times.

• Any form of harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

• The Academy reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who violates these standards.

4. Program Changes and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to change program dates, locations, staff, or schedules.

• If a session is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or emergencies, we will attempt to reschedule, but cannot guarantee make-up dates.

• In cases of government shutdowns or pandemics, modified services (virtual or limited attendance) may be offered in place of refunds.

5. Liability

Participation involves physical activity and assumes inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree to our Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement and accept those risks.

6. Media and Promotion

We may use photos, videos, or testimonials from participants for promotional and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials are the property of North Elite Basketball Academy by Sporecruit LLC and may not be copied, shared, or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
